Corrigendum regarding Wide Publicity for International Competitive Bidding of construction of 40,000 Dwelling Units for Economically Weaker Sections having a Tentative project cost of Rs 2200 Crores, on Hybrid Annuity Model on PPP basis under Vertical -3 of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Housing for All 2022 in Urban Areas in Jharkhand, India

This has reference to a Global tender which has been floated earlier on 26.06.2017 regarding Construction Of 40,000 Dwelling Units for Economically Weaker Section on Hybrid Annuity Model on PPP Basis under Vertical-3 Of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All 2022 (Urban ) in Urban Areas in Jharkhand, India

 With reference to the above subject  it is to inform ,  that few changes have been made in the NIT which are as follows:

1.) The last date of submission of online bid has been extended by 1 month i.e 16.10.2017 till 1700 Hrs.

2.) The Date & Time for opening of Technical Bid is revised as 17.10.2017 at 1730 Hrs.

Advertisement regarding the above had already been uploaded on the website http://jharkhandtenders.gov.in.

Government of Jharkhand has intended to conduct an International competitive Bidding for the project. The advertisement for this project has been published in leading Indian newspapers on 15.09.2017, and it is expected that the advertisement will be published in leading International dailies across more than 20 countries.
