For Consular Work, the Embassy of India provides all consular services including passport/OCI cards and Miscellaneous consular and attestation services on all working days from Monday to Friday as per the following schedule:
- Acceptance of application/documents : 09.30 am to 1300 pm,
- Disbursal of documents : 16.00 pm to 17.00 pm.
- Please visit embassy only after booking appointment at https://www.indianembassywarsaw.gov.in/apt/appointment.php
- Fees
Payment for Passport/Consular/Visa/OCI services etc. required to be made only by card (Polish Zloty).

Visa Services
All visa applications (except from persons holding diplomatic / official / UN passports) are accepted only through BLS International (Poland).
Applications from persons holding diplomatic / official / UN passports are accepted at the Consular Wing between 09:30 am and 11:30 am from Monday to Friday.
