Embassy of India in Warsaw hereby invites bids/offers from reputed agencies/companies for manufacturing Stone based board for installation at Embassy Residence.
Introduction
The work involves preparing and installing one oval name board centralising Govt of India logo at Embassy residence. The board would be engraved with text as provided by the Embassy, Major technical details regarding manufacturing of the board are listed as below.
Technical
- Board should be made with granite stone bearing dark shades.
- Letters should be engraved with sharp contrast to be clearly visible on the boards.
- The oval board should roughly bear the size of 100 X 60 (in cm).
- Charges would be cumulative up to complete installation of the board.

The contractor/Firms arerequired to have experience of at least 3 years in the above business and must be registered with the relevant Trade/Commercial Offices as is required under the local regulations for tax and other purposes. They are also expected to possess good economic and financial situation.
Submission of Bids: Bids in sealed envelopes may be submitted to the ‘Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, 2 Myśliwiecka , 00-459 Warsaw’. “Bid for Stone Board” should be written clearly on top of the Envelope addressed to Head of Chancery and company name with full contact/coordinates at the left bottom corner of the envelope.
