Press Release: Consular Camp in Lodz on Saturday, 1 November 2025.
The Embassy of India will hold a Consular Camp for Indian nationals and Overseas Indians residing in Lodz Voivodeship, Poland on Saturday 1 November 2025 in Lodz. The Camp will be organized at the Urban Activity Office (pol. Biuro Aktywno?ci Miejskiej or "BAM), located at Juliana Tuwima 10, 90-003, Lodz (https://maps.app.goo.gl/qkPnzG2p34FN8xFU8 ).
2. Consular officials of the Embassy will accept applications for renewal of passports, Police Clearance Certificates, Life certificates (for pensioners), Miscellaneous Consular services and OCI applications at the Consular Camp. Applications for registration of new born babies and their passport applications will also be accepted subject to completion of all documentary requirements. Indians and Pravasis are requested to visit the Consular Services page of the website of the Embassy of India at https://www.indianembassywarsaw.gov.in/page-link/?page=consular-services and make themselves familiar with the guidance and requirements concerning submission of consular and passport applications.
3. All those interested to attend the Consular Camp in Lodz may register themselves https://forms.gle/KNp72FwR18igWWQv6 . Registration is necessary for attending the Consular Camp so that consular applications may be accepted in a smooth manner. Please note that incomplete applications without requisite supporting documents may not be accepted by the Embassy officials.
