Embassy of India in Warsaw hereby invites bids/offers from reputed agencies/companies for installation of Video Conferencing Facility in the new Chancery building of the embassy.
Introduction
The work involves setting up of video conferencing facilities in the chancery building. The supplier is expected to provide and install the video conferencing equipment consisting of codec (preferable model would be Sony Model PCS X455, PCS XC1, PCS XG77, PCS XG100), microphone array, 720 p HD camera , remote control, cables etc at a suitable place in the chancery building as identified by Mission’s officials. Major technical details regarding technical specification/configuration of the equipment is appended along with. Submission of Bids: Bids in sealed envelopes may be submitted to the ‘Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, 2 Myśliwiecka , 00-459 Warsaw’. “Bid for installation of Video Conferencing Facility” should be written clearly on top of the Envelope addressed to Head of Chancery and company name with full contact/coordinates at the left bottom corner of the envelope.
