EOI Warsaw in collaboration with Art of Living commemorated the 11th Ayurveda Day at Soham Space in Warsaw. The event focused on the timeless tradition of Ayurveda and its enduring relevance to holistic health, wellness and harmonious living. In her opening remarks, Ambassador Neeta Bhushan highlighted the growing popularly of Ayurveda in Poland and expressed happiness that a large number of people are benefiting from the techniques as well as natural herb based solutions for better health and well-being.

Thank you to a large number of dignitaries including Hon’ble MP Ms Ms. Kinga Gajewska, who spoke on the growing importance and relevance of Ayurveda in Poland. Distinguished guests included Prof. Joanna Jurewicz, University of Warsaw, recipient of the Bharat Mitra Samman Award, Tomasz Marsza??, CEO, Levann, Abhish Chandok, Himalaya Business Director, Europe and Nika Borowska of Polish Ayurveda Association Prana along with other Polish Ayurveda lovers and practitioners.
The programme featured an Ayurveda exhibition by Sri Sri Tattva, along with insightful sessions by Dr. Dilbag Jindal and Dr. Chitrangana Chauhan of Art of Living, offering perspectives on the preventive and therapeutic benefits of Ayurveda and the use of herbs in promoting health.
