Scholarship for the Academic Session, 2026-27 under the Scheme of Propagation of Hindi Abroad at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan i.e. Central Institute of Hindi, Agra
Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra (India) is inviting applications under the scheme of "Propagation of Hindi Abroad at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan" Agra, for the academic session 2026-27. The scheme is administered by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Various programs are offered for international students desirous of learning Hindi. Brochures and the application forms of the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan can be downloaded from their website www.hindisansthan.in.
The minimum age for admission to any course is 19 years and the maximum of 45 years. The Academic Year runs from 01 August to 30 April. Separate hostel facilities for male and female students will be arranged by the Institute.
The student admitted under the Promotion of Hindi Abroad Scheme (PHA) is provided return Economy Class Airfare by the shortest route and a monthly scholarship of INR 9000, equivalent to US $ 100 approx, and a nominal book grant.
Duly filled in application form along with supporting documents by the interested candidate may be forwarded to Second Secretary (Edu), Embassy of India, Mysliwiecka 2, 00-459, Warsaw latest by 20 March, 2026. The scanned copies of the completed applications along with other supporting documents may be e-mailed as a pdf document at edu.warsaw@mea.gov.in.
