The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) invites applications from International students for scholarships at Indian Universities and Institutes for the academic year 2026-27, under the following scheme:

Applications will be accepted online through the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal: https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/. Last date for uploading the application on the portal by the applicant is 31 May 2026.
